What is the Bologna Card?

It is a good way to simplify your participation in trade fairs and conferences and make your stay in the city more enjoyable thanks to interesting discounts to help you discover the best of Bologna.


Who is it for?

The Bologna Card is free of charge and reserved for trade fair and conference visitors. It is easy to get: just buy your entrance ticket to the exhibition or book your hotel on-line and you can pick up your Card at the Hello Bologna point in the Bologna Exhibition Centre or at the reception desk of your hotel.


What are its advantages?

The Bologna Card has been conceived to enable our customers to take advantage of services and discounts at the Exhibition Centre as well as throughout the city.

AT THE EXHIBITION CENTRE, by means of:
- Special parking fees at the new "Michelino" car park and at the "Costituzione" Parking;
- Discounts on food and beverages (special menus/combos) and access to reserved cash registers;
- Free Wi-fi navigation.

IN THE CITY:
- Special hotel rates for early booking;
  > Online reservations
- Discounts on car for hire with driver services for easy transfer to and from the Exhibition Centre (COSEPURI www.cosepuri.it 051 519090);
- Privileged access and reduced entrance ticket to MAMbo, the Museum of Modern Art of Bologna, with its permanent collection of Italian art from the mid-1940s to today (www.mambo-bologna.org);
- A list of restaurants and shops offering special discounts (promotion not combinable with other offers.

 


INSTRUCTIONS

1. How to register in order to have Bologna Card:

- Access to Hello Bologna tourism portal;
- Make your hotel reservation;
- Once you are in the Exhibition Centre, pick up your Bologna Card or register your data in order to have it at the Hello Bologna info point. If you have purchased your stay in Bologna on line by the tourism portal Hello Bologna or by Convention and Travel office, you will receive your Bologna Card directly at the hotel reception desk.


2. Car parking discount:

- Park in the new "Michelino" multi-level garage at the BolognaFiere motorway or ring road exit, or in the "Costituzione" Parking near the fair entrance of Piazza Costituzione;
- If you did not purchase your stay online and you did not receive the Bologna Card directly at the hotel reception desk, enter the Exhibition Centre and pick up your Bologna Card at the Hello Bologna info point;
- On your way out, go to the cash register, show the Bologna Card with your parking ticket for your special discount and then pay.


3. Food and beverage discounts:

Show your Bologna Card at the cash registers inside the Exhibition Centre reserved for this purpose and consult the special offers and promotions.


4. Free internet access:

- WI-FI
o your WI-FI device will access BolognaFiere's "@FREE_LUNA_BOLOGNAFIERE" network;
o Insert the number of the Bologna Card and your email address in the interface, then follow the on-screen instructions to navigate.
